bw = 154
soreness = none
aches/injuries = lower back, ankle/elbow/heels feel good!@$!@$
fatigue = high, slept from 6am to 4pm hah
diet = protein shake, mashed potatoes + chicken + cake slice + bread, protein shake + bread + corn bread + cake slice, pb sandwhich on double fiber bread

DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TONIGHT.......

legs felt amazing all day.. feel so good/strong in my legs..

lower back had some points where it really bugged out, but i got annoyed, stuck my index finger into my spine, into a spot laterally, had pain while i pressed, btu pressed hard, and honestly, since i've done that, i havn't had one tweak in my back while doing any movement.. thus the reason why i relaxed tonight.. hoping i relaxed some hypertonic muscle or something who knows..

hopefully indoor gym is open tomorrow because i want to land some nasky dunks.. if not i'll go outdoors and get nasky outside.. hoping for 245 @ 5x10 tomorrow night if i feel good.

ya ill post tmw.. we'll go hard on strength, with optional power/reactive/jump work before, depending on how you feel.

OH! I'll post a picture of my arm later tonight, or tomorrow. It looks pretty strange now...

damn wtf? if it's still getting worse, for example, tomorrow.. get that shit checked out.. i would think it would be alot better by now.. regardless of what it may or may not have punctured, you have to keep infection in mind.

just to change things up, i usually just do a slow 2 miles or something but i wanted to see where i was at since in my smaller days i was in the 5s for the mile

damn 5:xx is good stuff, i forgot you were in that range way back.

Soreness : upper abs very sore from pullups (! )

Plyos session :

- 10' dynamic warmup

- 4x10 sec bilateral line hops , ~40 back forth , ~43 left-right

- 3x8 MR tuck jumps , great bounce , very springy

Head height jumps@home:
- 1x4 SVJs : all ~26,5''
- 1x4 dropsteps : min 28,5'' , max 29,5''

- 2x5 27'' depth drops.

- 2x5 18'' depth jumps.

- My usual lower body stretch routine.

why the jumps at home, cause of weather?
