you know ive tried those glute hams before with the bosu ball. for whatever reason it is nowhere near has hard as a natural gluteham as see in the previous videos. I believe the angle changes because you bodyweight pushes down on the ball, making the resistance less.

ya that ran through my mind when i was watching it, somehow looks easier.

I wanted to try this shit out, does not really fit with a high school schedule though, heh.

don't try it.. it's rubbish.

It's really great that you're doing something like this. Props

thanks man. just trying to do my part in fixing this 'journals go nowhere' issue we see for the most part on forums.

other coaches need to open up their training more, show detailed journals of their athletes, so that we can all progress this damn s&c like it should be.

peace man!

Wikileaks needs to turn its eye to S&C.

haha ya.. someone needs to dump all those convos between scammers to wikileaks :D

do this folks, goto profile -> look and layout, and select the return to post option:

until i can figure out how to make it default, that's how you do it.. apparently it's supposed to be under the global themes look and layout, but it isn't there.

i missed every dunk except for one, but that one make, might be my favorite dunk of all time.. the intensity is ridiculous.. im yelling as i dunk it down and it's like 36 or so.. here's a miss and a make:

here's me timing some kid's jump shot with my lob:

here's me going up for a lob while these guys were playing two on two, i mean, i was warming up to dunk before they started playing their weak game so i felt obliged to do a few lobs while they were playing:

funny pic, i should have asked if i could jump over him for some epic dunk footage:

WTF , freak of nature!
I read in youtube comments that he hasnt even lifted?
And how about that jump in the beginning , he takes just one step and gets heels to chest height. That would be 45+ without even trying! Shit...

ya man.. it leaves you with a sick feeling in your stomach like "what if", you know? what if he stuck to it and had proper guidance..

that jump is so ridiculous hehe.

it made me think..hearing the way this guy trained...just by running 60m in his backyard...makes you wonder if there is a guy out there who is doing the same thing and is just a freak but is unknown

in the internet age, it just doesn't happen anymore.. even freak dunkers who keep to themselves cannot hide from becoming internet sensations.. speed is even less likely to remain hidden, since if you're freak fast, you can really go places and do some big things.

the only way you'd have freaks go unnoticed is if they are in piss poor war-like countries, or they die early from something.

oops, edited already.

haha, its the first time im doin reverse lunges, so i thought to start slow, seein how i had another 3 days more.
but yea, 60kg in total is weak sauce haha!
i was trying to do it with my hams, and not to rely on quad, due to zgin's comments of reverse lunges being ass rape making me think its more a posterior exercise haha!

yup, the reverse lunges are for glutes/hams, just keep shin near perpendicular with the ground and have the back leg's knee a few inches from ground, and the glutes will get smashed :D
