« on: May 30, 2010, 06:35:02 pm »Dude I just watched Kingfish's 365x8 PR video. His average rest between reps was 14 seconds, the shortest amount of time was 10 seconds after the first rep, and the longest was 17 seconds... WTFFFF?!!!???!!!!!!!!!??
ya i dno, that's weird shit.. it's like a breathing squat.
i need lots of glute work, can't really feel them at all during any sport training, so i've got to hit them somehow, prone glute hits them ok but now im getting alot of hamstring, initially it was pure glute. I'm going to start throwing in some other variations, SL buck/SL glute bridge etc.
