got real busy tonight. bleh.. didn't want to workout anyway, hoping tomorrow i feel good..
left knee has a little bit of tendonitis feeling on the patella insertion, left shoulder is much better.. dont know what the knee feeling is from, except maybe stretching my quads yesterday, that probably did it.
so nothing for tonight, just rest.. hopefully feel good enough to do a bball dribbling workout tomorrow morning.

, Nah i meant would YOU ever do those kinds of iso's (unless you've tried them already)....and im like a 90kg fat ass know (not really still got a 6pck) just been trying to pack on the wieght, I NEED TO JACK MY SQUAT UP to like 135 for reps.
