i always injure myself stretching.. if you recall, my hamstring-tendon ripped when i was stretching, one of many stretching related injuries.. this one was also from stretching, but i think it'll be fine in 2-3 more days.
note to self, stop stretching <- oh ya, i said that many times... hahhaha
shadow boxing: - 10 rounds, got it on vid - gonna use this vid as a "starting point" in trying to perfect a bunch of little things in my striking - gonna ul vid tmw, 10 rounds or whatever..... not like most people will watch it but it'll be fun to go back and re-do the 10 after i fix some shit.
