mattyg55, how is 'deep squatting' while maintaining neutral/arched spine, easy/difficult?

hey guys, i got a blood test recently, most of the values are probably pretty normal, but i have  a decent amount not in the normal range.  I figured it would be pretty cool if i posted them up and we analysed them, that is if anybody knows how to read them and understand everything.  So, anybody know how??????

if so i'll post up the results

post em` anyway, we'll do our best.. will be interesting :F

Squatting deep is irrelevant because there are too many other factors at stake for that.

Was feeling sick yesterday, a bit today, then felt alot better by tonight.

Skipped skill stuff.

PLYO 4 rotations, after 3 progressive warmups of everything:

Double leg MR bounds:
- 5, 8, 8, 15

Single leg bounds:
- 5, 8, 8, 8

Stiff leg ankle hops:
- 5, 5, 5, 8


Then, PLYO: 2 rotations of:

ballistic neutral grip pullup:
- 3, 3, 3,3
- used SMALL drop, grab-to-immediate-pull

ballistic pushup:
- 3,3,3,3



~1.3 mile run:
- ~9 minutes
- legs were a bit fatigued, kinda shitty but whatever

SHR = (sitting height / standing height) * 100 = (37 / 73) * 100 = 50.7

ya that's all i could find too: 'skelic index' = SHR

shit i need to do some measurements ill brb..

My SHR is 50,5%. Long legs...
Here comes the half-squat fiesta! :D :D :D

where did you get the "anything under 50 = very long legs"? can't find it. Or is that data from some other reference?

SHR = ( sitting height / standing height ) * 100.
From what i see in SHR the chart for adlults: 52 to 53 = average , anything under 50 = very long legs , anthing over 55 = very short legs.
