It is not completely clear how Herschel Walker structured this workout throughout his day. In his video, he makes mention of performing them during commercials. Other literature suggests he started in the morning and finished at night. Regardless, there is probably no human on this earth who could perform all of those repetitions in one set.

    Herschel said that his marriage ended because of that stuff. ... Herschel said he forgets some things like getting the Heissman trophy.

my TFL's on my hips are extremely sore, i can hardly walk.. haha.. not doing any real running or anything for like 5 months really detrained the hell out of me :)

will be fine tho in a few days, and by end of february i should be putting in work.

Testing today. Vert mat is at the other branch of my gym. Coming back tomorrow. So...incomplete test. Will do DL and VJ on Tuesday.

Hit my targets in both, so that's cool. I feel like I could bench more but there's something up with my form cause my left elbow just isn't feeling it.

adarq, dinno u're a mod at tvs.
i think i read it off there, how ppl were gaining anywhere from 1-4 inches, just by doing LDISOs...
how do i do a version for the quads and glutes, or generally just the legs?
think imma try it.

ya im mod/admin.. i havn't seen people gaining 4 inches on LDISO's though, on tvs or any other forum.. wannagetfast.com has people utilizing them bigtime, results aren't so impressive... alot of "well they feel faster" type shit.

but im not saying not to try them or anything, if you feel them working then go for it.

~7-8 rounds shadowboxing

18 pullups neutral grip

then tons of bodyweight squats, in sets of 20, using 45 - 35 - 25 lb plates..  legs were jello'd.

right tricep insertion still has some tendonitis during shadow boxing.. sux.. hand speed was fine like usual.. need to be careful but overcome this tendonitis b.s.
