DOMS today, particularly left quad. If history is any indicator, tomorrow will suck tremendously. Also, I think I should switch to back squats. Not sure why I thought I could outsmart the program, maybe because this one time I read Mike Robertson only uses front squats and blah blah some dumb shit like that. Everyone else and their mother uses back squats as the foundation. I'm going to keep the weights the same to start off, though, because I have a lot less practice with them than FS. Need to take some more video to make sure I'm getting deep enough.

mike boyle only does front squats with all of his guys

:o WOW!

For anyone who's interested in learning some of the basic bodyweight strength skills that the guy does in that video, check out Jimmy Bathurst's site http://beastskills.com. He's strong as hell, although not like that guy, and a cool guy, too (works and trains at my gym in DC).

yeh sick vid, i've seen the beast skills site also, sick site

im soooooooo curious , what is that high-rep squat thing that youre doing lately?

just trying to get in better condition.. want to really improve my high rep squatting to some epic levels.

why thought won't that slow down or hinder your vert gains if your doing all this endurance type of stuff

Both of them are weird as fuck...
The blind person sucks ass and should just quit. I don't care if he's blind and a kid, has he ever gotten a hit?

And wtf?
How can that guy fight, no one wants to hit him, you could tell the other guy felt awkward as fuck. What would that be like; finding out you have to fight someone with no limbs...

What would it be like having no limbs?  You want these guys to just sit at home and do nothing cause they have disabilities.  The blind thing is kinda crazy, but at least they are trying and going for a dream.

Kyle Maynard was actually a pretty good wrestler, crazy upper body strength, and low center of gravity.

sup guys

i'm not really understanding how the penultimate step works

in terms of jumping technique

so whhen i do the 1 legged jump and i want to jump off my left should it be;

in terms of the last 3 steps

take that long step to lower center of gravity with my left leg, then step with my right then  step with my left and jump off of it.  Each step should be faster and faster

off 2 feet if i want to jump left right

long step with right leg, then quick step/jump stop with left leg first and then right leg and jump

i know i didn't write it out well here so if someone can just clarify exaclty how the penultimate step works and how to do it and how the last few steps when jumping off one and 2 feet for height should be
