"how the fuck you miss a whole hundred shots?"

someone(s) fired 100 shots at his SUV damn.

There were no reports of injury and no one has been arrested. Dolph’s SUV is believed to have been fitted with bulletproof panels. Later that night Dolph went through with his planned show at Charlotte’s Cameo nightclub.

Ball game last night. Pretty decent run. Had 8 points, a few blocks and a ton of rebounds. Not finishing well though and had many more chances. Need to work on my post game. I've been ignoring it but this team has plenty of perimeter firepower so I'm not needed there. One of our guys hit 8 from 11 from deep and 6 straight to start the game. He was purely on fire which was great to watch.

Weights to come tonight.

8/11 3's damn, splash bros.

will I get 4:5X ??? I doubt it. but will probably try.. :ibrunning:

Leonards game winner was not too impressive at all imo. Needed 5 bounces and hit backboard to go in from corner shot = pure luck. it was a tough tough shot, a str8 up brick that went in from the corner... we all know those r just luck if they are not str8 on and still go in.....

LOL :uhhhfacepalm:

IMHO, that it needed 5 bounces makes it even more impressive to me. that ball had a chance because of how high Kawhi shot it. If Kawhi shoots that with his normal arc, or even a bit more than his normal arc, he's getting blocked by Embid or straight bricking it. He gave that ball a chance by shooting it so high that it landed nearly straight down on the rim.

furthermore, it didn't hit the backboard. u blind as fu*k. :ninja: :derp:

pretty sure it hit the backboard too. edit- lol i am blind, wow i thought it really did hit back board too after 1st bounce on front rim...

wow ok to everyone taht got so upset from the truth. i guess this is why luck matters so much....

now dame's shot was imo one of the greatest shots in playoff history.... he knew it was probably going in.... and fade to the right square up near logo....

DAME's shot is better, for sure (imho).

but i don't get the "luck" part of it.. Kawhi had to use skill to give that ball a chance. Sure, a small element of luck, but it can't be pure luck. He had to put it on the rim.

and ya u r blind lmfao. :ninja:

wow 495 now. like the energizer bunny just keeps going higher!

kingfish is the prototype.

tbh his consistent precision at executing the basics, reminds me of Kipchoge.

most athletes feel they need all kinds of variation. i def need less variation the most. but kingfish is on another level.

i've mentioned before in here, i want to attack my km's (sub3) & mile's (sub5) like kingfish does his squat. tho, i think doing it at such a high frequency is a bit too rough: mod/hard 3-5 minutes straight is alot of work every day (and especially multiple times per day), for me at least. The key difference is the "heart stress". Running hard (for several minutes) every day just triggers heart-related stress which can become a real problem. Muscle-wise, i felt fine, especially since I was running in spikes on grass. That experiment I did last October (2018) was eye opening tho. Was the best period of running i've ever had.

wooord.

pc!

ZION.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ja Morant went first depending on what team gets the top pick/how individual workouts go. The guy is a bonafide stud and fits a position even in a "positionless" NBA.

That said, Zion will sell tickets lol

if a franchise gets the #1 pick & doesn't pick Zion, they will be cursed for all eternity.

respect to Morant but ZION is next-next-next level.

:ninja:

yeah thats like passing up MJ for Bowie

painful. lmao.

i meant the cross country national champ, running in austin. the vid you posted has him doing extensive tempo of 3 mi warm up, 3 mi tempo, 3 mi cool down.

im tired. i don't know which vid you're referring too. lool :uhcomeon: :derp:

inspired by the vid of the wisconsin kid adarq posted.

"nice and smooth" :ninja:

from that small set of clips, their coach seems solid.

watching kids run this fast in trainers blows my mind actually. i really can't comprehend it. i can't even jog fast in shoes like that. then i put on spikes and i feel normal (especially on grass).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ietCMPCINxU

finally realizing what it means for me to keep the hard days hard(er) and the easy days easy(ier). need more ~12 km runs at 5:45+ and more challenging tempo. this was not too hard but it was the first time trying something like this.

ya man.. i don't think it can even be taught. you can have the best coaches, friends, training partners etc, and it just doesn't sink in until out of nowhere.

lmao.

nice!

super slow mostly + fast occasionally works good for me.

god damn it, the pelicans aren't that much better a destination for him than the knicks.

i don't want to be excited for the knicks. I hate the knicks. if ZION went there, i'd be excited for them. I'm a HEAT fan so my hatred for the Knicks runs deep.

my statement is a personal one :)
