morning: pullups & dips, 2 sets
evening: pullups & dips, 4 sets
tired af considering.. 1 hour sleep last night. fuck.
so tired right now. need to crash asap.
ya im not doing anything for legs, except farming and occasional runs hah.
and ya, just love getting my pullups/dips in.

pull ups and dips... the best shelter in place but no home gym routine.. and some one leg stair lunges and you're set.
