overhead press 4x8x100
ring muscle up 4x1
ring dip 3x15
Friday felt like progress, my form was locked in and I felt a bit more explosive than normal. I couldn't get the last rep on the bench press today, and had to wriggle out from under a load bar alone in my garage. suck.
