Well... once I get to around 110 kg I feel like I can't progress any further when doing high bar squats for... I don't know exactly, but I think for strength and structural reasons.

So you wholeheartedly think landing after a broad jump with a kettlebell that is a live weight with its own "mind" of where it goes and that you have limited control of in that position is not that risky?

I don't think I'd do it with a 2 kg dumbbell.

Because a broad jump with a heavy kettlebell in your hands sounds like a terrible accident waiting to happen  :P

A better exercise would be a overhead kettlebell throw. It will still encompass the triple extension but also do so in a vertical plane. But for safety I'd use a heavy medicine ball.

If an overanalyzer like me tells you that then you need to pause and think about it.

Oh wait, nevermind, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT. STOP THINKING.

Your only worry should be "I have to get stronger using perfect form". If you have this tendency to collapse then lower the weight to where you can use perfect form and work your way back up. When you reach your current PR using this better form you will see improvements in the field as well.

Yes there is. It's usually plyos and longer distance sprints (200-400m).
