3 x pullups/dips/ssbar squats
- highlight: 17 full dips, 12 regular 3-5sec paused dead hang pullups
today:

- highlight: 17 full dips, 10 regular 3-5sec paused dead hang pullups, 20 non-lockout dips
going to make a brick pizza oven tmw, and cook pizzas!!!
