or lose out and give themselves a shot at zion.

i'd rather make the playoffs. heat's chances would be slim to nab the first pick.

ZION on the heat would be pretty incredible.. just thinking about it, he'd look good in a heat jersey.

i'd hate to see him end up on the Knicks. only sports org I truly dislike. :D

would be cool to see him on the Bulls .. imagine if he ends up with LEBRON in LA? lmfao.

i'm already excited about ZION2020. *Almost* LEBRON level hype entering the league.

HEAT pretty much L'n themselves out of the playoffs. So many close games this year.. sucks :/

don't see how they will make it now.. 38-41, 3 games left. Orlando just keeps winning.

Heat have Raptors, 76rs, Nets.. probably end up 40-42, but that's assuming they can get a big W vs 76rs.. 39-43.

Orlando have Celtics, Hornets... probably end up 41-41.

wrecked.

Nets (39-40) have Bucks, Pacers, then Heat..

Nets have a tough finish just like us, with a possible playoff play-in game against the Heat in our last game.

that's cool at least.

Detroit (39-40) has an easier finish: Hornets, Grizzlies, Knicks. could literally go 42-40, or at least 41-41.

Heat need to steal one game against TOR or PHI to put more pressure on BKN.

omg at some of that food pron. i'm starving.

nice info about the fasts. I don't really fast, but I do try to eat less once I find myself becoming "overly addicted to food", ie when i become hungry too often/eat way too much/spend way too much on food. always feels great lightening up the diet, going longer without food etc.

work has been real good to me. been having a lot of work from home projects. got hotspot on my phone, i work on my laptop while driving with my friend, or local dunking donuts,

lol'd. can't escape the dunk game.

damn that sounds like a fun & tough course lmfao. good work!

i like to just relax on the downhill, ie not trying to accelerate, not trying to slow down, just right there in the middle letting gravity do the work. so i go harder uphill, neutral downhill.

and ya, shins/quads/knees can get wrecked going too fast downhill. you don't really feel the affects of it at the time, but later on in the race you def can, and certainly the next day(s).

RJ Barrett sucks and it's ludicrous that he got the ball at the end of the game. Per some guy on Twitter: "Duke lost three games with Zion Williamson in the lineup this year. RJ Barrett went ***0-for-9*** in the final minute of those three games. The rest of the team had three total shots. Zion had one."

teh fuq. barrett doesn't suck. he's a beast. he's one of the best players in college basketball.

he might have struggled at the end of some of those games mentioned, but i'm sure his stat-line for each of those games was a reason why Duke was even in them.

Zion isn't aggressive enough to demand the ball every play at the end. He reminds me of Lebron in that respect - he likes to dish the ball out early, and sometimes stay out of the play entirely.

i'm not sure of Barrett's numbers in that Mich St / Duke game but i'm sure they were solid - he had a great first half.

both zion & barrett had career highs in turnovers. they also suck at free throws.

zion caught the college basketball flu unfortunately (shot too many threes).

mich st's PG is impressive, had himself an incredible game.

pc!

PS: ok now can't wait for NBA2020 - ZION2020.

Thought the spring major running event ( similar to the one i did in Autumn ) was end of April, it is 14 April and the registration is over. FFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

ahhh that sux.

Quote
Im probably running a small 5K event this Sunday but not prepared at all for it.
So unless i find other events, it will be just a personal battle until October. FML.
Goals until end of July : 25-ish 5K at my course ( which reflects to ~23-ish race ) - sub-hour 10K  - 4'30'' 1km split.

you do the 5k today?

hopefully the hamstrings healed up a bit more lol, racing with sore hamstrings (and especially quads) sucks.

pc!

These announcers complaining about the "one and done era" drives me nuts. These scumbags are profiting off of these players, and want to see the NBA step in and make it harder for these kids to get a job - aka leave early and make $$$.

RIP duke.

damn.. so many mistakes / turnovers. and their free throw shooting comes back to haunt them.

i was worried about barrett/zion getting the ball at the end because of the freethrow shooting issues. Would have been nice to see Tre get it, drive, and create / maybe get fouled. Even if Duke tied it up, Mich St was playing great.

and damn @ that barrett intentional miss that went in.. zion was right there. if that thing was coming off the rim, he would have gotten it.

Tre emotional af at the end.

ZION having an awful first half, damn. sloppy fouls, lots of bad passes etc.

i imagine he'll have a crazy 2nd half. if he doesn't tho, duke is in trouble.

barrett always steps up, solid first half.

Auburn / Kentucky was solid. Auburn's PG is fast as fu*k.

Auburn beat Kansas, NC, and Kentucky to get into the final 4.. that's major.
