end of skills challenge was epic.

3 pt contest was great.

too bad i have to sleep now. hah.

I gotta roll with DSJ. Although Bridges is dope in his own right, Dennis just has bounce, flair and an arsenal of dunks. He's just gotta be smart and not hit the big stuff too early.

ya exactly.

starting soon!

REST #2!

felt kinda crappy today. achy from too much rest/sleep i imagine. also left knee painful a little after waking up, probably contracted my leg hard while sleeping or something. right low back achy early on, but got better throughout the day.

should feel good tomorrow though I imagine. should have more "easy" power than the last few races - due to the 2 days complete rest. hoping that gives me a big boost in holding some good pace for a much longer duration.

need to sleep early and wakeup very early (4 AM). race is at 6 AM!

some finishing clips from the 12k/5k last week. great finish (for me) on the first one. ~4:13 min/mi pace.

diet:
- ate alot! maybe too much..
- having my last meal right now (7 PM)

also took a 2 hour nap.

this is one of the sickest dunks ever..... he levitated like a hot air balloon

ya. opposite spin (than normal) + left hand make it look even more nasty.

3:59 mile with a dog.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlObpA8uQEU" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlObpA8uQEU</a>

Quote
2 X Olympian Anthony Famiglietti runs a sub-4 minute mile with Bailey the dog on a wheel measured greenway course on 2/09/2019. The former record was 4:13.  This course measured just a bit longer than 5280 which is exactly a mile. It measured 5285 feet at the shortest possible route. Bailey took a longer route as she did not always use the tangents.  The wheel measurement of the course is in an additional video on this page. Several witnesses attended and filmed from several vantage points. Anthony is currently training to break sub-4 mile on the track and is in great shape. He has a personal best of 3:55 mile. The owners of Bailey the dog came into Anthony's gym in late January 2019 and said they had a fast dog and couldn't find anyone fast enough to keep up with her. They asked Anthony to test out how fast she really was. Bailey and Anthony likely would have run faster if she wasn't spooked by a drone mid run and had time to practice. This was Bailey and Anthony's first time meeting as well as their first run together. Anthony had also never run with a dog before.
