Ohp 26kg single arm, can't remember reps and 20 for 10 ish
Did some flys and face pulls and some Curls and Tris as usual I can't rmemeber numbers just going through the motions really
Tried to run again today wanted to do 30mins at 12kmh legs and everything felt fine but debilitating side stitches... What the fuck is causing these? It's ruining running for me at the moment.
Been a really rubbish week of training and work
Duke could beat any NBA team thats having a bad day.... FACT.
If Duke played the Cavs tomorrow, Cavs would win by 50pts and Kevin Love would break Wilt's single game points record.
again, zion:
from an interview with the photographer who took that shot:QuoteI tweet during timeouts, so I was kinda going through the stuff on the camera and looking, and I just zoomed in to see how sharp it was, because there was good action in the frame,” Kamenish said. “And I was like, ‘Oh god, look at that.’ And I showed it to the guy next to me, a seasoned basketball player back in his day, he’s like, ‘Oh god, look at that.’

Congratulations mate!!!! That's terrific news.

the interviewer congratulated me on my integrity.

back extensions - painful for the lower back holding 15kg but managed to do 10 reps and hold last rep for 30 seconds. the pain is from the back going to an extended position. Don't know if I should just remove this or replace it with reverse back extension.
Yup, he is fine, thankfully! Here is his first post from the hospital:

On 3 hours sleep
5k 23.54(previous 24.14)
Feels so good to be getting better weak in weak out, I haven't felt like this with weightlifting since I was like 20 (I'm 24 so it's been a while)
