1/15/15 Thursday BW=166.2
jump squat 5x45, 5x95
paused squat 5x135, 3x175, 1x205, 1x225, 3x225, 5x205, 5x205
1/16/15 Friday BW=166.6
b-ball 1.5 hours
Was well rested last week, squats felt super solid. This week I am back playing ball and squats feel heavy and awkward.
Seems like there are not enough days in the week for recovery. Plus it feels like I am barely doing anything and still come out wasted.
I have it in my head if I push any harder I am coming out of it injured. All mental?
