she's doing a couch-to-5K thing, is 62. this was not challenging.

- skater jump x 20

- SL SVJ x 5,5/leg

- MB OH toss x 5,5
inconsistent, couple good throws and a couple wack ones. forearms felt weak for some reason.

- squat MSEM 315 x 1,1,1,1,1
might have done 6, i forget.

- high-foot BSS x 20/leg

- superset x 3
-- pull up x 1,2,3
-- dip x 1,2,3

mo farah wins the 2016 great north run (half marathon), for the third straight year ... and says he will run the marathon in the Tokyo Olympic Games (2020) !!!

here's a guy who wins 5k/10k golds, but still wins half marathons a few weeks later..

- SL SVJ x 5,5

- glute activation stuff

- stretch

super pissed to have a headache because otherwise body felt good. no way to do max jumps (or squats or really much of anything) with that much pain though so i just did the above and bagged it. try again tomorrow.

^nah, it's fine a couple of inches below the wrist but beyond that it's not easy to tell or gauge progress .. plus no one wants to jump up and touch a target with their forearm, that's dumb.
