found this today .. i was trying to figure out how to get a "5km lap pace". apparently it can't be done by simply changing the auto-lap distance. anyway, found an app that will give you a "race prediction" as you run.
that's kind of cool for time hunting.

A really bad match. I would like to see canelo vs jacobs next at 160 or vs ggg 3.
Canelo basically just took a title free for the taking.
hah. sometimes it's ok to take a weaker fight tho. canelo has been in his fair share of enormous fights. i'll cut him some slack
but ya man, canelo vs jacobs would be very interesting. Jacobs is no joke, he's a legit threat to Canelo, and probably alot bigger -> Jacobs is bigger than GGG come fight night.
But because of this he has added a championship in another weight class. He should have fought someone tough to make him work for that belt but unfortunately he luckily managed to find a weak person with a title.
dela hoya doesn't want none of jacobs for canelo, even though they eventually will have to do it.
yup. DLH is a pu$$y. Canelo tho, is not. I def respect that about Canelo.

another rest day. too wrecked to run, or move. improving though!
glutes extremely sore (right more-so), extremely tender to just a light touch (lol)
quads extremely sore (right more-so, ie VL/VMO = toast)
adductors moderately sore (right more-so)
hamstrings slightly sore
pain is more severe during “eccentric” contractions
right side more painful than left
legs still feel Platz pumped

- 12 (sub5) + 15 (sub3) = 27 of 50, 23 to go!

- 10:30 AM: orange juice, 2 x banana, water
- 01:00 PM: 1/2 turkey & cheese wrap, blue corn chips, water
- 06:00 PM: bunch of chocolates, walnuts
- 10:00 PM: 4 x banana, 2 x orange juice, water
