You can't think like that. The effort for the weak leg will be bigger than the effort for the strong leg and slowly they will catch up.

I'm not sure if doing more volume for one leg is the smart way to go... I'd rather do the same volume for both but start with the weak leg first.

In between 0:08 and 0:10 the eagle looks like a CG object to be honest... he basically curves without banking/bending himself which looks pretty unrealistic but otherwise... too complicated/good physics/kid flying through the air etc to be fake.

Just gave respect for the pit bull posts. Raptor can suck a dick. Pit bulls are majestic bastards. Raptor on the other hand is just a bastard.

 :trolldance:

Want to suck a dick with me with skinny shithead? Ah forget it, you're not worth the effort.

I also think a set of 15-20 reps for pretty much anything after a heavy workout could help increasing the blood flow in those worked areas and thus help recovery and the uptake of built-up lactic acid there. So I sometimes do them at the end for recovery purposes as well.

I'd NEVER IN MY LIFE do that.

However, pitbulls are disgustingly ugly. I'd rather have a pig.

To me it looks like some lack of flexibility that's pulling one of your legs out of alignment or something. It could be weakness too, but you should feel that yourself.

Any idea what's your bodyfat right now? I know I've asked in the past but are you still dropping down on the bodyfat %?

How did the 32 kg KB swings felt like?

What are you doing about your bodyfat issue? All asians pretty much have it, they naturally carry a higher bodyfat % (hence the "yellow skin") so you need to take additional nutritional considerations in order to improve it. Hey Bruce Lee, don't be mad at me bro.

Program Review / Re: Gravityplus Suit

Um let's just say it was a ... passionate discussion. There's this guy that's marketing the thing that's debating that traditional strength training methods suck and his suit is the end all be all of training. So, you know.

By the way, the suit looks pretty neat, he says the weight is evenly distributed and can be loaded up to 70 lbs.

But then again, for 600$ you can do other stuff.
