3 sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 10
full dips: BW x 10
ssbar parallel squat: 125 lb. x 10
standing barbell curl: 55 lb. x 22
standing barbell overhead press: 55 lb. x 18
starting to get a little "swole" back. lol.
going to be so much farm life these next 4 days (thurs/fri/sat/sun).. gonna be nuts.
