You know what really grinds my gears?
Ordering online, I just recently ordered brotein powder and brake pads and rotors for my car. 3 days later I get emails for 20% off protein and this amount percent off the brakes with free shipping etc. etc. that I wont be able to use.
Do you use knee sleeves? Also, did you feel your knees caving in towards each other at all?
Any tips to work on self confidence in that regard... how where you able to change it? I'm also a wuss when it comes to talking to girls eventhough I look pretty decent.
