How good/bad is NOEXPLODE?

I heard stories from friends that it made them feel really weird...

Try to inhale epsom baths - they'll turn you into a zombie.

Nah, if you didn't actually feel the injury etc, and there was nothing wrong with and during your squats, I don't see why it would take that long to recover.

Speaking of weirdness - I saw a guy doing supinated bench presses a few days ago at my gym. Has anybody ever seen such a thing?

I take this:

http://www.pronutrition.ro/produs.aspx?pID=173&cID=0&dID=0&bID=38

I haven't exactly made a buy of it but it was a promotion of proteins + this so I got it. To be honest, it does help. Not sure if it's placebo or not, probably not though, but when you squat you do have some extra energy and "nerve" (extra will so to speak) to complete your reps and not quit. So...

It's a Romanian product though, so unless you can translate that ... here's what it contains (in Romanian):

You can also go with this:

Yeah man, Scooby, these "jokes" we post here in your thread is pretty much how what you're doing is viewed from outside.

You personally have much experience and invested a lot of time and effort into training hard etc, so you should know better.

It's sad that you're wasting your limited time like this.

But only doing what you can do already is a great way to never learn anything.

You're right.

Oh well, back to learning some barbell bosu ball squats.

Yo Scoob, I have a pair of ankle weights, I'm selling them for 1000$. Are you interested?

They could help a ton in your situation, remember, you haven't tried ankle weights yet, so they must have some potential, right?
