Thanks everyone for their reply.
Yesterday (sunday). I got smarter and did not do anything intensive.
while my kid do her Run and swim. I just walk/jog on the side... hiked for 30 min to explore some hill beside the swimming pool.
and did about 80 launches walk exercise over the cause of 1 hrs (during those 5 lap walk/jog).
Today is Monday, and i guess My soreness if any, wont appear untill Tuesday (48 hrs later), I will go jump at lunch.
I no longer remember the last time i went jumping....
i remember i wore mask to court.. may be in March? who know.. anyway... enough of suspension...
btw.. i watched NBA final this morning. and.... sucks to see the underdog failed... and... LB James did it again....
nice.
how's your daughter doing? still enjoying running?

w/o 1:
A. 3-5 sec paused dead hang chinups: BW x 8
B. rings holds at the top + slight dip reps: BW x 10
- hooked the rings up to my (enormous) poinsettia tree, in a nice spot.
w/o 2:
taking out the trash heavy garbage can drag: ~150m x 1
strides: taking out the trash strides: ~150m x 5
- lmao....
w/o 3:
B: stride: closing the gate: ~150m x 1
A. no pause full chinups: BW x 8
i'll measure this thing in the next few days.. curious how long it is. def feels like over 100m. has a slight uphill the last 20-30m too.
i'll be getting in a TON of strides on this property.. it'll just be like a normal daily life thing. pretty nuts.
