front squat 3x135, 3x165, 2x185, 4x175, 5x175, 5x175, 5x175
barbell lunge 3x135, 5x175, 5x195, 5x200, 5x205
calf raise 230# 3x15
Great workout tonight. Nothing impressive, but I felt together today, joints and mechanics felt right.
Its like I've been missing for sometime and the carb finally cleared out.
Shot around for 1/2 hour and did some svj's also. Progress.
