Last couple of days...
1/6/14 Monday BW= 159.4
b-ball 1.5 hours
1/7/14 Tuesday BW =159.4
front squat 3x8x145
calf raise 180# 3x20
1/8/14 Wednesday BW =160.2
b-ball 1.5 hours
Healing progress! I felt very close to normal today.
Turns out rest, stretching/ mobility and slow come back may be the ticket.
