Healing progress! I felt very close to normal today.

Turns out rest, stretching/ mobility and slow come back may be the ticket.

After a long bit off. I'm back at it!

I was hoping to be closer to 100% but I plan on taking it easy on the road back. At least I have been able to keep my weight in check though the holidays. I will ease back into b-ball this week and see how it goes.

I rode dirt bikes for 5-6 hours last week and was stiff for a few days afterwards.

I have never really done front squats before, but I am using straps and that definitely helps make it easier.

I've been stretching and my lower back is better today then it has in months. No basketball or squats until after the new year.

I have been doing BW upperbody and ab work on a pull up tree in the living room.

The last few days went like this......

I know I need to stop playing basketball, but the better I feel the more I want to play and it ends up feeling like regression.

I played basketball on monday and wednesday this week and that was overdoing it as my back is sore today.

Last sunday night my back was feeling 90%, and this afternoon I felt about 25%  :uhhhfacepalm:

I plan on getting some rest over the holiday and seeing how it goes.

healing my back and refocusing my workouts. I didn't play ball all last week and will only get to play once this week.
I've been staying with the calf work, and going light on legs and abs. Stretching out with the gravity boots is helping my back.
Feeling positive.
