MJ had a 43in running vertical AT BEST imo. SVJ could be as low as 30in. I hate all this misinformation and kiss ass on MJ having 48 in vertical yeah right maybe in space jam the movie....

tbh i think MJ might be one of the most overrated players in NBA history.... simply because their was an aura about him so the refs had to make calls for him, and then players ahd to play him certain way cause why get into foul trouble so easily.... MJ was like the nba.... in his era.... def overrated

in a photo shoot of usa bball with magic and bird, magic said "cant get too close to MJ or it'll be a foul"

def agree on the "players had to play him certain way cause why get into foul trouble so easily".

i say this to people and they look at me like i'm making blasphemous statements. I remember watching Bulls games and just cringing at the calls MJ got, even thoughI was cheering for him (if he wasn't playing against MIA). Kobe got those kinds of calls too.

people have been trying to erase that history with MJ, but I can't forget it, it was brutal to watch.

MJ was incredible & probably the most clutch player i've ever seen, but the calls he got once he transitioned into "superstar status", every game, were ridiculous. Prior to that, he couldn't get past Detroit/Boston etc. Once those superpowers disappeared, they made MJ untouchable.. that's all I know.

edit: after 3 PM deep af massage, feels really good. ehhh.

Thinking about it I'm still exhibiting decent tendon stiffness so i SHOULD be feeling "springy" instead of just powerful. Gotta be the extra weight.

exhausted? looks so damn springy.

mod speed/light day. wanted to do more this evening but too late.

crazy how much more painful my right soleus is than left. right is almost unbearable when i dig in, left is fine.

need to work these problems out of my right soleus, and body in general.

feel so damn good though.. even feel great in my calves/soleus with this painful manual deep tissue work.

SS1a: Squat
315 *3
355 *2
375 *1 2xBW+  :personal-record:
355 *2
365 *1
355 *1
-skimped on depth for PR a little bit but it's to be expected with very little to no back training lately, weight loss and no gear of any kind. It's a training PR. No need to risk injury.

looked good.

Quote
SS1b: Block Power clean (right above knee)
185 *5
205 *3
225 *1  :personal-record:
205 *3
-slight wrist tweak on one of the squat sets, didn't want to risk anything so stopped cleaning. If I zoned in entirely on this lift I feel like 235 was in the bag.

Quote
Actually put on 385 but decided that was stupid as fuck at this point in the season.

damn, solid. top notch AELS.

great work on those PR's. :ibsquatting:
