Tuohy.

I'd like to run as fast as a 16 year old girl, just saying.

Here he trips, and bull-rushes.

TBH, i'm hoping he's not talented enough to play in the NBA.

Something is wrong with him...

I'm so happy Neymar isn't getting the calls. Refs really treating him proper. He's such a phony with these flops, really hurts the sport.

On the other hand, Belgium's attack is absolutely incredible. They are the most creative team i've seen so far, for sure. Maybe France #2. But Belgium's passing on attack is just superb.

Coges, the adarq.org relationship expert.. :D :ninja: but srs I agree w/ his posts.

Also, unrelated, but not sure I like the pause squats where you pause, then go down and back up. i dno just be careful with that. people usually pause at the bottom then go right up. Don't see what you're doing very often: people pausing, then dropping lower after the pause to go back up. I personally would pause at some depth, then go right back up, no trying to trigger stretch reflex to give you a boost out of the hole. Just my 2 cents on it tho.

Progress Journals & Experimental Routines / Re: Party's Over!
« on: July 06, 2018, 01:38:58 pm »
I been struggling with motivation this year. I started a new job a couple of weeks ago, which has been stressful. Nothing has really changed much still eating fast food every day and drinking too much. I didn't even bother going to training tonight coz I was a pussy and thought it was too cold...just in a real rut atm.

tbh, that's why i love running. I can just step right outside and go get a quick run in. doesn't take much motivation, setup, etc. not saying you should run, but getting in a little each day even if it's just 15-30 minutes is a good rut buster.. could just be a quick warmup and some light strides/sprints, or a light jog etc.

you'll get out of the rut eventually.. why not be in better shape when you do? :ninja: :ibrunning: :ibsquatting:

last night was tired to the point of feeling vaguely sick. no run. this has been a rough week.

- run 8.06 km in 41:20

- stretch

at least it's not quite as hot as it's been (low 30s/high 80s instead of high 30s/~100).

today marks six months since my brother died.

damn :/ even just through the "internet", it's rough thinking about when it happened, how we found out about it here, seeing the FB posts etc.

rest in peace, jack.

rip.
