I just can't seem to find the groove in sports and lifting lately.
I felt a couple of months back I was timing in on major PR, but missed that window and have not felt right since. There will be some planned time off next week, so my PR's are just on delay.
5/15/13 am b-ball 1.5 hours
5/16/13 BW=161.2
squat 5x185, 2x225, 3x8x225
bench 3x8x185
GHR BW 3x10
sit up BW+5 3x60
calf raise 180# 3x12
