Did some squats and such last night. Not toouch volume or really heavy since I have a game tonight.
135 x5, 225 x3, 315 x1, 365 x1, 315 x3, 315 x3, 225 x8. Really focused on exploding the weight up.
Did some reps at 500lbs for calf raises, 2x20. And did some box and depth jumps. Experimenting with dropping off a 36" box for depth jumps vs my normal 24" box. See how it plays out and maybe go up some.in the next few weeks.

. She would have probably punched me in the arm but been laughing the entire time. Doesnt matter...I slammed my last martini and paid the check reallll quick when she text me from across the table and said "lets go back to the room...I need to fuck you".
