- low box depth jump x 20,20
- reverse hyper w/2s hold x 10,10
- squat 265 x 5,5,5
helloooo overconfidence. strike that 10-20 lbs/workout, this was shaky. it's neural in part, third set was best, but still i'm not going over 270 next time and might even stick with 265.
- BSS ISO x 60s/leg
pain. in quads. glutes will be sore tomorrow.
- advanced glute bridge ISO x 60s
lot of shaking and twitching in the middle.
- calf raise 225 x 20,20
- bench 175 x 10+3+1

- BB row 115 x 10+5+5+3

good workout, challenging. that's what i need at the moment. alrighty then.
