Week 115
Felt amazing lifting today. I've figured out my schedule now and how to keep diet consistent this month. Here's what I did.
Before:
lift at 7:30ish
Finish and eat at 8:30ish
Now:
Sleep from 8:00 to 8:30ish
Eat a very carb heavy meal at 8:30 and take creatine
Lift at 9:30ish
Eat two very high protein meals afterward
