What do you mean? Overload the landing a bit more with my armswing? Maybe I should use a double arm swing landing (although I'm not really aware of what it should look like - I'll have to experiment and find out :D)?

You know it's funny, I was doing these with a subsequent jump in the gym a few days ago and used double arm swings with that (really interesting). I never use the double arm swing but I did then.

Is it Smolov JR the "Smolov program - Base mesocycle"  in here http://joeskopec.com/smolov.html ?

Anyway, did you put in your real 1RM with the program or a little less than your true 1RM? For example, if I'm to use it, I think I'll insert a lower 1RM number than my real 1RM (say - 135 instead of 140-145).
