yeah, your run-up is waaayy too slow, stiff, and upright. If you're jumping 34 with that technique, you could definitely be at 40+ with a proper run-up. Watch porter mayberry and zack jones
I'm fully aware that not everyone sleeps in their own vomit lol, there's definintely normal people at parties that drink too (aka all my friends).

don't do extreme atg squats (ass to floor) when the bar is on the deadlift rack.
i felt my back round when going up, but pain came next day.
Haven't trained in the last week due to a fear of shitting myself whilst squatting. That's a PR I don't want to break.
