Here is one i thought of when i was sitting on those desk chairs with the wheels.
Chair Drags
Sit on the chair with the wheels and stuff, lean forward and try and run forward dragging the chair forward as well also add hand movements as well with the runs. this will generate power in the paw back process of the sprint lol.
Chair Drags for distance
This same as before but try aim to cover as much distance with one push of your legs.
only one there that sounds kinda legit is wilt chamberlain's 50, thats how he got 100 pts

Hey, I want to do 5x8 lunges and 3x5 deadlifts 4x a week. Can I get away with this much frequency considering how light the weights I'm using are?

Ever thought of just working on SVJ for a month or so? SVJ calc says with your squat and weight you could be getting 34''. If you're getting stuck in the 31-32'' range for your RVJs at the moment, increasing your SVJ to 34'' might help lift your RVJ floor. It's pretty rare to find someone who has a 34'' SVJ and does a good amount of reactive work to not at least get as high in a running jump.
Just a thought, it would be a good psychological boost at the very least to make some gains even if it's not in your desired measurable. I know I got one when I went from 34-35'' to 36-37'' RVJ; it reminds you that your body is capable of meaningful athletic improvements.
