anyone here run/sprint with no socks?
today i got a bunch of sand in my socks/shoes .. so I took my socks off and finished the 2nd half of the session without shoes, felt really good. I guess I also have the correct type of shoes to run barefoot in, the sole doesn't dig into my foot at all, no ridges etc. I'm speaking of my saucony's - Saucony Shay XC4.
i know some runners do it.. might try it out more.
i used to with VFF + ocassionaly in my inov8s --- it would make them stink so bad though which was the only really downside.
1. Start keeping a training diary
“I have kept a training diary to record my training plans and my feelings and emotions for a long time. Before this year’s London Marathon I could look back and remember how I was feeling last year which is very helpful. You learn a lot. I have been keeping my diary for the last 13 years so if you come to Kenya I can show you what I was doing in 2003.”
