Just saw this and thought you might like it. Pretty sick... especially as it has two of my favourite poems in it. Really makes you wanna go out for a run and I have to admit that it takes a lot for me to want to do this. haha might do it this week as the weather has been really nice lately... definitely gonna embarrass myself.  :uhhhfacepalm:

good stuff. that guy makes some nice vids.

also it looks like he's running on clouds at one point in the video.. jealous.

seriously anyone who votes for harden or anyone else is a lunatic. westbrook's going to have the first season-average triple double in 50 years (touch wood, but he doesn't have far to go) and he's dragging a garbage team into the playoffs.

MVP.

+1

this.

I gotta agree. While Hardens stat line is insane in its own right (Dudes a beast, lets be real). The most telling stat ive seen is this:

When Westbrook has a trip dub...the Thunders winning percentage is 80%. Without a Westbrook triple double... 33%. He is LITERALLY willing them to wins. The only other player with a similar stat is LeBron but Russ' numbers are overwhelming better. Not to mention idk how the cavs suck so bad without Bron seeing as they're still pretty loaded.

+1

exactly.

Oh, interesting fact of the day: Oscar didnt win MVP the year he averaged a triple double. That was the year Wilt averaged 50ppg/25rpg. But he didnt win MVP either. Bill Russell did while averaging something like 19 and 23.

+1

nuts.

hah.

even just one day of eating good.. what a difference. I "feel" so much better (body/stomach/heart/skin/-wise), but i'm also more sleepy/tired due to less kcal. That fast food I had two days in a row, in combination with ice cream later than night, holy crap that made me feel really wrecked.

I have another salad planned for tomorrow.. saladsquad is back.

i might actually give in to the sleepiness and sleep early tonight.. tired of this 8+ AM b.s.

will journal tmw.. walk/sprint/jump/ while reading + ~3mi run tonight.

TOMORROW I'M STARTING SALAD FEST.

anyway, going to get back on some salads.. haven't been eating greens at all, for maybe 2 months or so. it's been rare.

time to clean up the diet a bit.

can't wait for salad fest

I'm with you here! Only the last couple of weeks for me but I've let myself slip a bit and am hardly eating any greens. #saladcrew

ya for me it's like an oily/fat/heavy feeling, when i eat wrong/unclean.

i miss salad crew. glad i'm back on it.

:highfive:

last night's salad:

-bunch of spinach, chopped
-granny smith apple, thinly sliced
-small red onion, thinly sliced
-4 oz cheddar cheese, chopped
-couple handfulls dried cranberries
-dressing (whisked until blended)
--quarter cup olive oil
--quarter cup honey
--quarter cup apple cider vinegar
--salt & pepper
--mustard powder

some sliced almonds would have improved it further but i didn't have any. still tasty.

jelly. i had the almonds though in mine :f

I had asiago cheese as well, and grilled chicken. Oh and a few plantain chips & 2 pickles.

i want those dried cranberries.. i was thinking about picking those up too, but didn't.

feel really unhealthy lately.. also ate DQ (fried chicken tenders/fries) a few times in the last few days (kinda had too, lmao). Man that stuff absolutely wrecked me.

nice will check tomorrow (today).

and ya i can predict that my running experience is nowhere like what will be in that video.. if i had "scenery", i'd definitely enjoy just running to run and relax, and enjoy nature. In my current surroundings, there's cars everywhere.

you go for that run?

How are you finding riot so far? Btw Joe has a new vid up which i started watching tonight, pretty good presentation as always.

which joe? sorry im lost right now, dead tired. edit: OOOOHhh joe armstrong. Yeah he just gave a talk in the states at some con I think. I'll check it out. Love that dude.

i gave up on riotjs for my project in about a day ..  :derp: instead, I went back to purescript and made my own code work. All I could think about while coding riotjs was, I already coded all of this in purescript, so it was driving me insane. Got my old code working and everything is great.

but ya I do like riotjs.. it's such a simple little framework. It's probably alot quicker to start something in riotjs than react. I had several components built with riot, routing etc, and a bunch of other janky stuff. It's solid though, you check it out?

pc!

3/28

Session: Morning

7 AM

run with dogs.
- my sprinter (gizmo) didn't want to run.. so he held me/james back.
- though, on a few occasions, he saw some ducks/birds, and he just smoked us.. man he is so fast. straight up sprinter genetics. It's so much fun watching him turn on the speed.. he does it because he's a little "killer" type; sees those ducks, and wants to get one. If he wasn't on a leash, he'd probably get one.
- tough running fast with two leashes, lmao

^^ a nice sub 6 min/mi quarter in there.. i can't imagine running that pace, being as small as them.. i guess the key for them is stride frequency lmao.. obviously can't be stride length, when you're ~1'-1.5' in length and 7-14 lb. haha.

the ~0.5 mi was through the thick grass too (chasing birds/ducks).. that's a solid pace for grass.

much fun.

my dreams have sucked for a year or more.. hardly any detail.. i'm lucky if i have a dream i can remember. it's odd.. my whole life i was a pretty intense 'dreamer'. I haven't had a dream like seifullaah's in a long time.

damn.. i just saw the owl (basically the same thing) that I saw in my dream last night, in a facebook post:

whaaaaat???

also every time i come back to this thread, that owl trips me out.

also there are so many owls near me now, they are reproducing like crazy.
