That malik monk guy can flat out score.... future espn top 10 for getting 50s maybe even 60s in the nba.

50's or 60's? lool chill.

I actually really like De'Aaron Fox alot, almost more impressed with him. He's so damn fast & skilled. They are an NBA backcourt in college, that's for sure. Both will be legit threats in the NBA.

yeah i can't even find it in me to be sad about duke.

nice. honestly with allen on duke, it reminds me of the trump shitshow for some reason. kid can keep tripping people and acting like a punk, yet he keeps getting chance after chance. Would have been nice if Coach K made an example out of him.. instead he got a few game suspension, came back, tripped someone again, and even deliberately (it seemed) rammed a coach.

it's absolutely crazy how weak i'm starting to feel.. going on ~2 weeks without milk

I think the lack of milk is really catching up with me.. body is feeling so weak. Obviously being sick didn't help.. but the lack of extra protein/nutrients I got from milk, is probably adding up.

walk/run/jump/read/slow run:
- jumps were insanely bad
- speed was decent but at a harder effort, so not decent.. felt dead

finished off with 3.5 slow miles after jumps. hoping to keep getting in these slow (and eventually long) finisher runs.. just relax, don't push myself, and get some 'light aerobic cardio' in.

Damnn I watched the chocolatito fight, it was so intense i'm suprised how sorungvisai (dont know name) withstood so many power punches to the face and yet am suprised how he still won the fight.

It was a toe to toe fight trading shots, but gonzalez had the combo and rungvisai had no defence just hitting back.

but damn intense.

ya just saw that tonight.. what a war. great fight.

I think chocolatito and GGG both looked human tonight (last saturday).

Jacobs fought a great fight, but man he should have been more aggressive. That was his night.. GGG was frozen because of Jacobs' power/defense/speed.. GGG just couldn't sustain his normal office, he missed Jacobs with sooo many punches. GGG should have gone to the body more, epic mistake. Also should have jabbed more, he hit Jacobs with some serious jabs.. But Jacobs had some great combination punching, great defense, very confusing/slippery mixing of southpaw/orthodox, and some great movement. Had he been more aggressive/confident, I think he wins that fight at least.

They should definitely have a rematch.. I honestly can see Jacobs winning that on the cards, it was very close.. It really was a tossup -> rematch is needed.

Also, I think GGG wrecks Canelo.. I just don't think Canelo is "big enough". Jacobs was huge in this fight.

Lomachenko soon too no?

man Kansas seems really strong..

9447
damn... you get it checked out yet?

man, we have to be so careful with stretching.. or avoid stretching completely. at this point, i've had too many injuries from stretching to actually think it's beneficial. stretching - proceed with extreme caution.

I love throwing in some weight on pullups. It's cool to be able to regulate the intensity of such a great movement and in my experience helps me improve faster. People definitely don't do that enough.

What do you think is a good way to attach the weight? I usually just use a lifting belt and chain free weights on between the knees.

never seen a better way than this.

I have no idea about the better-ness of this technique, but Lu Xiaojun double belts the weights so that they're behind him.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=autejMlg2wY" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=autejMlg2wY</a>

I guess for dips it helps keep you more upright so the loads is on delts/tris?

damn that's weird, never done weighted dips like that. also, oly lifters always have such impressive backs, ridic.

not asleep yet, but had a great morning running with the dogs at around ~7 AM. my "beefy silky" is such a stud, loves running.. my smaller/athletic one is a freak, he just doesn't enjoy long distance running. James (the beefy one) just goes nuts, and keeps going. it's impressive.

running with the dogs:
- 2 x ~1/2 mile
- felt great, was so much fun too.. we were probably going ~6:30 pace for most of it, LMAO.
- amazing how such a small animal can run so easily, so fast.. i love looking at James' face when he's running, he's in heaven.

need to do more of that..

I was wishing for a nice language to script in too lately but I dont think you're gna do much better than modern ECMAscript.

well ya, ecmascript would make my life easier in many ways.. mostly from the stability/environment side of things. The environment side especially -> the javascript world is a mess, but it's simple to get things setup with bower/npm/browserify/whatever .. there's millions of solutions. These languages i'm playing with are just too young. Purescript is pretty stable.. much more  stable than GHCJS. They just have so any changes between major releases, that my code has drifted so far, that it's just perhaps too much effort right now getting it all to work.

after failing with ghcjs all day .. i might go the ecmascript route.

the thing is, i really dislike webdev.. so, i'm not actually trying to spend lots of time doing it. I just want to get something up  & working at this point, so i can get back to studying using my notes system... the forum project is still on hold.. with that, i'd still love to go the full stack route -> but i don't want to re-write my backend in another language.. so right now, that's full stack haskell. The main reason why I want to go full stack (haskell), is because when I write the forum UI for the browser, I also want to write a console/text client for myself, so I can use that primarily.. the way I have things structured right now, that was entirely a possibility.. because the UI and any other interfaces, share this same core I wrote.

i'm going to still just hold off on finishing the forum project for a while.. it's too stressful even thinking about how much of a failure that has been. i'd be done by now if I didn't run into problems with purescript or ghcjs, and that's really annoying to think about.. HEH.

edit: i'm about to get a small riotjs app going, to give me a simple ui for my notes app.

pc!
