Going to try to get a few more lifts in over the next couple days before volleyball and softball start. Next week I'll have volleyball 2-3 nights a week and softball 1 night a week. So that may cut into lifting but I will find a way to work it in. Work is extra stressful right now, so that is not helping mentally, but it hasn't affected me too much yet.
