23. December 2013

Bench press- 70kgx5, 70x5, 70x4, 70x3

Seated one arm dumbbell curls- 12x8, 6, 6, 5 per hand

Chinups- 8,8, 6, 5

Dips- Weighted: bodyweight+5kg x 10, bodyweight +10kg 3x6


From now on I am going to start chart my shots also, my shot is terrible right now, but we have a 2 week break from school so I have time to fix it. Just got back from morning shoot around

Three pointers- 153/250. Terrible. I was a consistent 75% 3point shooter but this last couple 3 weeks I have been terrible at shooting, dunno why.

Midrange jumpers - 169/250

Free throws- 91/100


Will shoot some more later , right now Im gonna get some rest and watch breaking bad.

Hang cleans- 2x7 40kg, 2x3 50kg. I suck at these.

Squats- 2x6 80kg, 2x5 90kg. Slowly getting my strength back.

Calf raises- 90kg 3x15

Bench press - 70x5,70x3,70x4,70x5 . Havent had this much strength in a long time. I was able to do 70kg 4x5 before my hand injury.

Barbell curl- 30x5, didnt had proper solid form so after that I did 25x5,25x5 with proper form.

Dips - 18,11,10,10  :personal-record: :personal-record: Most dips in a row and most dips with 4 sets combined  :personal-record:

Chinups- 7,4,5,3  . My triceps are the strongest ever right now but my biceps are the weakest they have been in a while

Incline bench press with dumbbells- 3x12 with 15kg.

Bench press - 65x8x8x7x5, worse than last time, prolly cause I only got like 4 hours of sleep due Kobe's comeback.

Chinups : 8,7,5,5

Dips : 12,9,8,6

Seated dumbbell curl : 10kgx10x12x10x10 per hand  :personal-record:

Incline dumbbell bench press: 17,5kg 3x8

Tricep extensions : 90lbsx10, 100lbs 3x10 



Hang clean - 40x7, 50 3x5    Damn I suck at these. Even guys who squat and deadlift so much less than me can clean better. wtf :D

Squats - 70x7, 80 3x6. Haven´t done squats in a while due back pain. Tried to have very explosive reps

Calf raises - 70x15, 90 2x15.

Dumbbell bench press- 17.5kg 4x10

Did some "Flying" also for chest with a machine, 4x8 with 35kg.

I really need to get a cameraman and a good quality camera. I had a game yesterday where I scored 26 points and I had 2 ankle breakers in that game and 1 ankle breaker was like where the guy totally fall and even rolled over. Basically like Dwyane Wade did to OJ Mayo.

I havent lifted basically at all right now because of my back. I will go to a professional massager tomorrow, though. Hopefully it helps.

Height: 1.76m (without shoes)

Weight: 70kg

Reach: 2.30m

Vertical: Running 2 legged shoud be about 80cm because I can grab the rim and standing vertical is almost the same, I can touch the rim. I can´t translate that approach speed into a vertical jump. 1 legged vertical jump is at 70cm.

Max squat is probably somewhere between 120-130kg since I did 3x5 with 110kg. right now my back is a little injured so cant do squats ATM.

I could do 70kg 4x5 in bench press before my hand injury, 13 chinups, 11 pullups.

Before this did 3x5 depth jumps and 4x20-25m sprints.
