basically asking would it be a sure success to get my training guidance from lance and Adarq and others or should i go to Kelly Bagget and pay?

i have a 28 inch vertical and run a 4.8 forty yrd dash

goals to have a 33 inch vertical and run a 4.5- 4.6 by july 2012

so basically i played varsity football my last 2 years of football as a wide receiver. i only had one community college interested in me. I went to there spring practices and the only thing that seperated the starting receivers from me was SPEED. They were mostly around the 4.5 - 4.6 speed while i was in the 4.9's . So in all i need to get my speed to a 4.6 or 4.5 by next football season. IM DESPERATE to get better. It on my mind 25/8.

 Ive been squating twice a week (wit a smith machine) and sprinting once a week and upper body lifting once a week also. im pretty sure im running a 4.8 right now but my squat hasnt been improving much. and my deadlift went up 30 pounds.

my vertical jump is 28 inches and my parrallel squat is around 295 while my full squat is around 260.

Should i start here and let you guys on this forum help me out or should i pay kelly baggett and have him help. I just want sure success in my gains and improvements. I just need the proper guidance. My football coach that was "suppose" to get us faster after football season and over summer had me and a couple players running our guts out and lifting for HIGH reps. And ended up getting weaker and slower. Pleas HELP

If you ask me , i would say its more than safe , its a sure success. You're gonna have to pay for that though...
There are many awesome ( free ) templates in here and in Kelly's site. If i were you i would follow some of them first ( since you are a beginner )  and go for the personal coaching/individualized templates later , when more advanced so you really need them...

Take a look at the 'START HERE' page ( http://www.adarq.org/forum/performance-training-blog/starting-point-the-place-you-should-go-when-first-visiting-this-website/ ) , fill the questionnaire so people can see your training background/level , then people here will propose some good templates for you...



Thanks bro i appreciate it. BUT if i get my training template from you guys is it a sure success too? CAUSE MAN im desperate for this speed and vertical. Its on my mind 24/7. Speed is the only thing that held me back from going d-1 in my opinion. So im willing to put in the work. i jus need the proper guidance and if i have to pay someone like Kelly Baggett for it then im all in. I finally got a job this week jjus so i can pay for it. SO would you still recommend me to start here first VAG?

Kelly Baggett is NOT considered fake in here , most of the people respect him a lot.
Even JC that doesn't, has more problem with the Maroko affiliation than Kelly himself as a coach/product designer.
Also , Kelly is a regular poster in this forum and hes helped ( a lot ) many people of this forum.

Just saying...  8)

Jus a quick intro.

My name is Anthony im 18 i jus graduated high school and played varsity football (wide receiver) my last two years of hs. Im trying to enhance my athletic  performance so i came here. SEEMS like most of you guys are REAL AF so i like that. Well i just hope i get alot of help from you guys cause ive tried alotta the stuff on the internet but seems like most of this shit is fake. I was thinkin of getting a program design from Kelly Baggett but i read a couple forums on here and seems like hes fake too i think.

But anyways heres my stats i guess

height-5'11

weight-165

40 time - 4.8

vertical - 28

FULL squat - arounnd 240

Basically jus tryin to run at least a 4.6 and get a 33 inch vertical by next football season so ican start at this community college wit alotta talent. HMU DOE
