Scoobs, I agree with Raptor, Chris, and Merrick. You have the knowledge here on this site. You've been doing this for a long time, yet, It still seems as though youre looking for a magic formula. DO what has gotten you this far along already. CONSISTENCY!!!!, Stick with your routine. When you get stuck, use the members here as a resource for fine tuning your training. Also, court or no court, you can still train. Be like Your reference to Bruce Lee. If he were you, he'd find a way to train using the environment around him.
Remember your old slogan "BIY". I want to see you dunk some day, brotha. Keep with it.
Peace

uggh looking back at my journal, in 2013 i weighed around 250 at the fair which was like 2 years and 3 days ago or so.  I gotta stop focusing on the strength part of it for now and just focus on try to get to 200-215 and just got balls out and keep as much strength as i can and just build up when i get to a better weight but paralysis by analysis i guess.

I feel you man. Thats the story of my struggle the last 10 years

Got it, thanks for the break down

When you say dips and inverted rows x15+5 etc, is the +5 after a pause? I've seen this on other peoples journals, just want a quick explanation.

Ive noticed that. How do you moderate that? when do you go really heavy and add volume as to not over tax yourself for the next days squats. Ive read up on squatting daily and it has major backing and legitimacy. ive been doing an every other day approach myself (since beginning of june, and have had good results with it)

So if you could briefly explain how you work this, id appreciate it, .

I've been looking at TVS lately and seen that its deserted for the most part, and i stummbled on to your site here drew. I'm gonna attempt to keep a log on here and stay active again.

Some of you remember my and laz's weightloss contest on TVS. well, i've regressed. and put on a even more weight. mostly muscle. but plenty of fat too. I'm up to 270 now. So my main focus will be weightloss.

Talk you you guys soon.
