at 6.3 you want to cut down to 155 ? man I´m 6.1 with 160 at 6-7% bodyfat. Why you want your bodyweight that low ?

4
I guess you could. I can squat 115kgx5 (smith machine at 73kg bodyweight) and I´m doing only 40kgx6 on split squats

The last few times a squatted this smith machine squat felt just awful so I thought of going with more single legged exercises.
Do you guys have any suggestions how a strenght routine based on single legged exercises should look like ?
Which exercises should I use and which rep ranges ? I also want to put some more explsive work in my workouts.
I hope you can help me out with this  ;D

ok the thing is that the only kind of squat i´ve done is on the smith machine :D
So should I avoid squatting totally and go for more single leged exercises ?

9
I only can do smith machine squats at my gym. Now I´m wondering how much of a difference there is between the weight I can do on the smith machine to the weight on a regular squat

I have a game tomrrow and since my last leg workout 2 days ago my legs feel extremly sore and I don´t think I´m going to be able t play god with that:D
Has anyone an idea how I could get this soreness out of my legs?
I thought about as much protein as possible and stretching any other things I could do ?

do you mean 5km oder 5 miles ?
If its km I guess it takes you about 19 min. I get 6.8km in half an hour without training
If it´s in miles probably 45min or something like that
