PREVIOUS QUESTION: Pushup form

'Sup Lance.

I've started doing 7 Weeks to 100 Pushups and 7 Weeks to 50 Pullups for my upper body.

To make the former program harder I do my pushups weighted with 45 lbs. on my back, but I don't really know what proper form is besides being shoulder width and... y'know, pushing. I know with pullups you focus on your elbows doing the pulling (which helped a lot, by the way); is there something similar for pushups?

The reason I ask is because I experience shoulder pain now and then, and I can only guess that I'm doing them wrong sometimes.

Normally I wouldn't bother you guys, but as I'm writing solely for money (gotta save up to buy my training stuff), it'd be cool if you guys read. Or don't even read. Wassup.

I received Jack Woodrup's newsletter or whatever you call it one time tellin' me to check out this site, and I was like...

"Meeeeh. Maybe later."

Then I went into that bodybuilding.com forum and looked for some sports training for vert, and found adarqui's dunk mix with lions, with the whole world attacking him. It amused me and I finally decided to join and shiz.

Maybe I might learn some new stuff about vert-building on this site. I hope so. :3
