Thinking about starting project vertical and there is a beginner phase for conditioning and all the reps are high. Should I start there or continue for power with the 5- 8 rep range?

ADARQ & LanceSTS - Q&A / hyperextension vs glute ham raise
« on: May 23, 2011, 02:27:56 pm »
 Dear Adarq and LanceSTS,

I am confused :uhhhfacepalm: on which exercise to use. I have been doing the weighted 1 legged hypers using my glutes as the prime mover.

I have 2 questions:

1. Should I just switch to natural glute ham raise?

2. Should I do both, but use the lower back as the prime mover for the hyperextensions?
