it takes a few min for the video to load and for the sound to match the game because it is a big file. im #25 on the white team (John Jay Patriots), tall, kinda skinny, white kid with a shirt under my jersey. i go in at the ~6:30 mark till  ~13,  16- 19:30, 24-34  
 
hit a 3 at 7:35
  hit 3 straight 3s in a 3.5min stretch from 24-27:30
 a put back jump shot with the shot clock expiring at 30:25.

what you guys think of my plan for offseason? i am desperate for increased strength for my slrvj but i also want to be stimmed up for basketball/hitting pr's once in awhile. i plan on lifting 2x a week with 2x a week intense, but only 1.5 hr long basketball and 2x a week  tennis for ~1.5 hr per session.

workout A:
WARMUP
20s X 3
SLRVJ X 10
BOUND 4 sets, LLLLRRRR alternate with RRRRLLLL
MR TUCK JUMP 3X10
LUNGE 3x8- 90 sec rest
SQUAT 3x5- 90 sec rest
CHINUPS 3 X AF
PUSHUPS 3 X AF
NON TRIPOD 2X10
PLANKS- 2x30 sec

workout B
WARMUP
20s X 3
SLRVJ X 10
BOUND 4 sets LLLLRRRR alternate with RRRRLLLL

LUNGE work up to 1 x 5rm, then 2x8- 3min rest

estimated cost: ~90 cents

consists of 5-8 oz of raw spinach, 1 banana, a cup of milk, 1/3 cup of protein powder (or more if u want)

directions:
blend 3oz of spinach, banana, milk, and powder for ~30 seconds. make sure to put in ingredients in that order.

insert 1-2oz of spinach at a time, each time blending it for ~20 seconds, repeat 1-3x.

during school. i go to sleep at 11 and wake at 5 30am for my 6 15am bus. to  catch up on sleep a bit during weekend, shud i sleep from ~10pm-6 or from 11-7? basically, should i alter my bedtime or my wake up time when catching up on sleep?

how important is the upper body in a slrvj? i couldnt find anything about it in the toolbox and kelly b wrote in his sl jumpers article that mass gain in other areas besides ham,quad,glute,calf is not beneficial to slrvj. should upper be trained if only goal is to improve slrvj?

iv been eating tons of spinach lately. Iv been cooking it. Do the steroids in spinach get killed off when cooked? Or steroid wise, does it not make a difference if its cooked or not. btw darq i know wat ur goin to say...
