I think you are better off playing first person shooter

It's also make you differentiate moving objects better. So If you want to, you can play these games to stimulate your brain activities. However nothing beat real basketball experiences. Practicing and playing a lot of basketball will help you handle any game situation way better than those FPS or Asteroid.

Spend most of your time in gym, not in front of a TV.

you must switch your shield color to the same color of energy bullets to absorb the energy. All the bullets are all over the screen, it's insanely crazy.

Injury, Prehab, & Rehab talk for the brittlebros / Pneumonia
« on: February 21, 2011, 08:28:39 pm »
I was diagnosed with early pneumonia in January 2011. Good thing I caught it early, and I only need to take anti inflammation drugs and anti-biotic.  However I was on a watch for hospitalization  if shit went bad this evening. Lucky I pulled through. Now it's almost two months and I still feel like shit. Doctor told me not to exercise until my lungs are fully recovered.  I haven't trains for two months+ and I'm itching to get back. So do yourself a favor next time. Get pneumonia vaccination, save the trouble that I went through. I probably need to retrain my lung capacity once this shit is over.  Damn bacteria.

you could just work one day and buy one of these lol

that's what i have at home, wanted to upgrade to cage (power rack) instead. The  good  thing about this is they are not bulky at all compared to power rack

wow $313 of that. I think i will write one for android or iPhone.

It is basically simple.  download various tempo metronome MP3, put a timer on it, 3 minutes exercise times and rest 1 minutes. Keep playing until end of files.  connect your headset to iPhone/iPod to it and BAM.

Estimate development time: 4-8 hours.

Doesn't worth $313 man..
