You are getting deep in the truck game!

I had a got a one owner 1968 f250 camper special in 2WD. Had all the dealer brochures and 390 V8 ran like a top. Just needed brakes and some TLC. Ended up selling it for like $400. Now every time I see ford trucks of that vintage it makes me kick myself.

Not as good of a story as the old timers that sold Shelby cobras and Yanko Camaros for chips, but gives me a little taste.

Time flies when your having fun as they say. Been getting dumbell lunges in with the squats last couple weeks, and it feels good.
swapped up the treadmill for the elliptical trainer. Been dropping a lot of trees, bucking up the wood and splitting, so that's positive.

Went on holiday for a couple of weeks. Got to do some swimming and a lot of eating. That's not so great but we had fun.
Upon my return a few sets of deadlifts really got me sore. Still hanging in there.

Its been a month since I lifted any weights. The only exemption is I do ring pull ups occasionally for sets of 6. even doing light compound lifts made me feel it this week.

I have a ton of wood that needs to be split. I have a log splitter but have a romantic notion to split it with an ax for some given set of time every week. Will need to buy an ax first.
