That's nuts dude..I'm with you on that level 7 shit. When I was 10 years old I fell asleep on a inflattable bed on a really dangerous beach. I got swept about a mile out to see before I realised. I sware on my life I swam 100x faster than Michael Phelps through a fucking swarm of jellyfish, there must have been easily thousands of the fuckers. I was literally covered in head to toe with stings. Obviously not as fucked up as your situation. Anyway glad you're ok man. Those US gun laws are fucked up.

I can't tell if hes being sarcastic or not. ???  ???
If you dig deep enough all sciences have maths at their core.
Essentially, biology is governed by the laws of chemistry, chemistry is governed by the laws of physics and physics is governed by maths.

These guys produced for Rihanna, did a remix for Jay-Z and they're dope. This is their new song. One kid I used to make beats for is a feature on the new album aswell! SICK, SICK, SICK!

And for what it's worth. Nutrition, like all real science, has it's roots in exact and mathematical processes.

Seriously dude, you're an idiot. That shit you're spouting off their has no solid scientific basis. You're not a phsyiologist. You're just spouting random shit that you think might happen when you've no basis for thinking anything 'cos a) you're an idiot and b) you're not a sports scientist or physiologist. I am a scientist and I don't go around making stupid fucking claims on shit. If I say something is true, it's 'cos I've studied it, it's sound science and it is true.

3. Hang snatch 60kg.
4. Maintain squat @ 125kg x 5.

Jan goals report

Originally my goals for January were:

1. Squat 120kg x 3. KILLED!
2. Cut to 155lb. kinda got it
3. Dunk. FAILED
4. Get a scholarship to study for a PhD in Nutrition. KILLED

1. I changed my squat goal to 125kg x 5 - I killed this and feel the strongest I've ever been.

2. I've hit as low as 70kg (~154lbs). I'm usually in around 70.5kg in the morning and i'm not really dieting. Just eating sensibly - on average I've been eating right around maintenance for my weight with about a gram of protein per lb body weight. Considering this as more or less hitting my goal

3. Couldn't get a dunk down in the gym where my team in the London Met League plays. The floor is kinda slippy though. I failed this goal but i'm confident i'll get it soon.

4. Killed, killed, killed. I'll be getting paid to study something i'm interested in for the next 3 years and there'll be a DR. before my name after. NICE!

Going to post my Feb goals below soon, so keep an eye out for those.
