Yeah training is definitely going to be my savior once again after heartbreak city again for me.

But I totally understand and respect your choice right now darq. I've had times where I just don't want to train or do anything, though as a DI athlete expected to compete and score points at conferences, I don't have that luxury.

Jumps looked pretty decent. Makes me want to see where my abilities are right now. Haven't dunked since May I think. Might do some tomorrow at the rec center. Anxious to see if I can still jump.

Even though I'm slowly transitioning towards 2 leg jumping as my weight increases, definitely 1 leg take offs FTW!!

When are you weighing yourself? First thing in the morning? Post lifting? I usually weigh myself after lifting (more consistent ie no huge fluctuation from water intake) although I can start weighing myself in the morning.

in morning after poops hah.. :)

best time to weigh imo.

pC

aight. Including clothing like gym shorts and t-shirt, or nothing? Cuz I can lose two pounds if I'm just in my compression shorts and not my full workout attire. btw sitting at 221lbs this morning 9 pounds to go.

ya just some light shorts, no shirt.. i just weigh myself in the shorts i sleep in.

cool im 145 today.

Aight sounds good

Damn, I'm trying to get to 230lbs without putting on too much fat. Wanna race? You to 135lb, and me to 230lb? lol I'll take the lbs you're stripping. I've been eating like crazy and I've been stuck at 220lb for like 4 weeks now.

Get well soon man, august is here!

thanks alot man.. ya i know ;/ i got dunking to do, this is not good.

Hahahahahahahahahaha

Your rants are some of the funniest things I ever watch on youtube. Definitely good points though. I don't know why people are always hating on other people who have different goals. I hate that. Just mind your own business. if you wanna know why I'm doing what I'm doing just ask and I'll explain, but don't go saying what I do is wrong if you don't know why I'm doing it.

SLRVJ definitely looking pretty good for not doing any. I def think you could have put down some two handers if you tried. But I know how you're all about the anger management so its all good. Keep flying mang.
