Celtics are the only big 3. They still shit on everybody even at their age. 3-0 against miami's "big 3"

all the lebron haters make me laugh :uhhhfacepalm: everyone said by him going to miami he was admitting he cant get it done on his own. He's leading that team. First off, dude went back to cleavland and just destroyed them, went into LA on christmas and got the job done, and has just been a complete beast on a top 3 team in the league. He's a candidate to win MVP because of how much hes doin for that team. He guards every position. He's the best player in the league and haters just cant except that.

Quick question, why does EVERY city boo him now? its rediculous. Fucking ORLANDO bood him, doesnt he live like 30 minutes from Orlando?

did mostly dribbling work, seeing how i cant really extend fully for a jumper. prolly 3-4 times over the past week. every morning abt 7-8am when i get back from work in the graveyard shift.

somedays i feel like just heading to the showers and bed, but im glad i went ahead. can feel the handles improving slightly already.
my offhand is still not as tight as i'd like though. find that when i do hard dribbles with it, its not as natural as my dominant (right) hand.

taylorhorton, ur dribbling vids gave me the inspiration haha, so make one up again asap.
adarq, someday i'll have handles like yours lol.  :P
Hang tight my dude :headbang: I got u:)

Wow...i cant believe that man, glad youre ok. I got chased by a dog last week and i felt like i was running so fast and i didnt even get tired. I can only imagine what you must have felt like.

I think that was deffinetly gang related. I live around an area with a lot of gangs and thats how they do it. The initiation into a gang is to jump/kill a random innocent person. its completely fucked up and pathetic. Youre truly lucky man, you should think about getting a gun for yourself. I mean chances are their wont be anyone else on the streets wearing high socks and a beanie at 4 in the morning. If by some chance these guys were to see you again im guessing it would not be a good situation at all. Im sure theyre going to hear that the police were informed, and theyll think of u as a "snitch" (what do they expect you to do? get shot at 6 times and just go on your merry way?)

I just think owning a gun and having a license that entitles you to carry it would be a good idea. I mean if u ever did run into these guys again and you felt your life was at risk and u did shoot, the police would wouldnt really question you on whether or not you felt your life was at risk since they almost killed you before.

glad youre alright though man, seriously. I cant even imagine that

very good movie, acting was great.. loved the directing too and how the movie had a slow, but not too slow vibe, felt like you were on the "journey" with them.

jeff bridges was beastin.

<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/CUiCu-zuAgM?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/CUiCu-zuAgM?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

bw = 154
soreness = calfs
aches/injuries = mid back tight as hell, low back slightly, fingertip torn up heh
fatigue = moderate
diet = prot shake, egg sandwhich + green beans + broccoli, crackers & cheese dips, prot shake + 2 bananas, prot shake + 2 bananas + some pretzels

no training today, resting, hope to get some nice dunks tomorrow..

stretched my back out alot today, shit is really tight.. mid back mostly.. gotta get this under control soon, seems like it's going on too long fml.

pc

i had the same problem a couple months ago, mid back was tight as well. what helped me most was soaking in a bath for like 15 minutes with the water as hot as i could tolerate. after soaking for 15 minutes your body should be pretty warm, which i found made it a lot easier to stretch out my back, spine. I did that stretch you were talking about, where u lay on your back and bring your legs over your head to the ground, and this other stretch where you make a bridge, im guessing youve seen it before. but that helped me out a lot.
